I use an IPad almost exclusively, and am not able to do full screen, I always have the address bar.. I have the full screen on, but there is nothing to increase the size of the window. Quote

Hi Haven2001,

If you would like to use native full screen in iPad or iPhone, please follow these steps:

1. Rotate your iPad into portrait mode

2. Click on the 3 dot menu "..." next to the send your message input area and deselect "Full Screen" toggle switch if it is already deselected skip this step.

3. Once out of full screen mode and in portrait rotation please tap on the video, the native video buttons will appear, native full screen is on the top left of the video and looks like 2 arrows going different directions.

*Please note in native full screen mode you can not see the chat or interface, you will need to tap again to see the controls to get back to the chat interface, you can use native full screen mode in both portrait and landscape modes one it is activated.
