I have new VODs now which I directed. I see that they are now uploaded. However, I cannot replay them even if they were uploaded only a few hours ago. I should be able to play the VODs I directed within 24 hours after they were uploaded, right?

Now I see these VODs as if they are expired. I can only preview these VODs, but I cannot play them completely. I believe that, even if I am not a VIP, I should be able to watch the VODs I directed within 24 hours after they were uploaded.
