Technical Support: Favorites error
cannot get any favorites to save or delete. get a generic pop up “an error occurred.” Happens on the bio page, models list, and when clicking the red heart. tried clearing cache and different browsers. no luck. happens on any model i choose.

The other day I noticed my favorites that were online appeared both at the top of my model list page as my favorites available and also amongst all the other models.
Today, none of my favorites appear to be online at the moment but there is no message at the top of the page, as it used to, to advise my that I do not have any Favorites available.
Has this been overlooked in the changes being made? Quote

Hello, this was removed when the homepage was updated as it removes empty space and allows you to see more models when you have no favorites online.
