Technical Support: y level never increases anymore.
my level has been stuck at 0 for some time now when i buy credits it says congratulations youae lvl 631 and then it chages back to 630. been going on for months

Your Current Level is determined by your point earnings in the last 365 days. Note that your Current Level can move up and down depending on your activity in the past year. Thus, although you are earning points today that add to your level balance, the points that you earned one year ago will fall off of your balance. So unless your earnings are higher or the same than they were on the same day a year prior, your level will fall.
