Can somebody tell me how to add a new payment account without buying credits.

My credit card that I use for buying credits and paying VIP membership is about to expire. However, when I go to add a new payment account it wants me to buy credits, which I don't want to do at the moment.

The edit links in the 'Payment Accounts' page are completely unresponsive so I can't change the card number of the existing enabled account.

Does anybody have any idea?

I had this problem recently when I changed my credit card

I couldn't find a way to register the new card without buying credits

You will also find that you can't remove the old credit card, you can only "disable" it

I have had the same problem when trying to change a CC. Perhaps this is a good thing for VS to address. There should be a way for us to delete completely (as opposed to disabling only) any unwanted information i.e. old credit card numbers. Also we should be able to make changes to our Account information such as email addresses, etc.... I had to change an email address recently and had to go through VS on the online help. It was very easy to do and the VS employee who assisted me did a wonderful job, but it should be easy to allow members to make those correction to their own accounts. :twocents

I agree this ability should be given to the members. Sometime ago I sent a request how to do this and never received a response. Thanks for the input.

Asti, I find that very hard to believe. Brad has told us that ALL emails receive a response. He wouldn't have lied to us, would he? :angel

Oh btw, I didn't get a response to the last two emails I sent to Customer Support either :(

I have gotten good response when I use the Customer Support Chat Live button. They are quite helpful.

I have never gotten a response to any email I sent to customer service. The only way I could get help was through this forum.
