...I did 2 shows yesterday that totaled more than 32 minutes. Neither show was recorded, I want to know WHY? Let me know when this problem is fixed because I will NOT be doing any more shows until it is.

We apologize for the delay, rest assure that our techs inform us that these video recordings are not indeed lost, but are just taking some time to import into the Flirt system. As we make efforts to facilitate the archiving process by installing new hardware, we face small delays in getting everything back into the flow of things.

Forgottenclone - I am still hopeful that the current missing VODs might be recovered when VS discovers why there are a number of errors in the Show History (for the first time).
I have noticed that the wrong VODs in the Show History are not as random as I first thought:
Date of show: Mar 5 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 13 2011
Date of show: Mar 6 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 14 2011
Date of show: Mar 7 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 15 2011
Date of show: Mar 9 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 16 2011
In your case the dates are:
Date of show: Mar 10 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 17 2011

...I got both of my shows this morning!! Guess they were recorded even though the show history showed that they were not recorded!

I am still waiting for the 3 missing VODs of my shows from last week, and for the My Account > Purchases > Show History errors to be corrected.
As wonderboi said in the General Discussions forum topic, the Show History always shows a "No" in the Recorded column until the VOD arrives. What has happened to me and Forgottenclone (and others?) is that the Show History for March 2013 is showing random VODs from August 2011. I hope that VS can fix that soon Quote

It showed up in my private show history almost within minutes of it ending. That's the fastest turn
around time I've ever seen a private show post on Flirt.
Still no word from Customer Service on the missing 80 min show from last week and the female
model's private is STILL showing in my history. Quote

The VODs I am waiting for (Mar 5, Mar 6 and Mar 9) are shows with Russian models.
Good to know that VS have identified the cause of the problem and are confident of fixing it
