Technical Support: live tech support
A couple of times when I needed help I have managed to find a helpful person on the livechat option, problem is it takes me ages to work out how to find that link. I have a little issue that I wanted some help on just now and couldnt remember how to find the live chat option. I have sent an email request, but I was wondering..can you not add this live support link somewhere at the bottom of the page, or is it a deliberate tactic to hide this deeply so that you dont get lumbered with lots of minor issues 24/7
