When I buy credits from the interface in a model's room, for some reason, I'm getting double the credits I want. For example, if I want 500 credits, I buy them. I go into a room and I find out I have 1,000 credits. When I go to the transaction history, it shows that I bought 500 credits twice. It's not been a problem, and I've used the credits with models, but I don't know if there's a way to prevent whatever idiotic thing I'm doing to double up on credits. I think I will simply buy them from another interface rather than in the room from here on out. Just a suggestion.

Can you state which version of the chat interface you were using please at the time you had this error, the old interface (flash chat) or the new interface (The new HTML5 chat). Can you also list the computer system (Windows version or Apple Macintosh OS version) you are using or mobile device and the browser type and version you are using. This way we can help you more and the site technical department can then test it too and find the fault causing this for you.

@male, in addition to Purgatory's questions, I have a few myself.

- What type of account are you using? Mastercard, AMEX, Visa etc.
- Were you double clicking the purchase button?

We have a block in place so that people who click multiple times don't get charged multiple times but I am still curious whether or you you double clicked.

In the past I clicked once to pay for a 30 day fan club fee.
I was doubled charged.
I did not receive 60 days, only 30 days.
As a solution, I have since moved only the required amount to the bank first. Then I nervously make the transaction.

Ditto same for me. Click on 500 credit just to test the button on the new interface and it charged twice.

Because in the past clicking on the "Buy Credits" removed me from the room, I instead opened to My Account page in another tab and went to the Buy Credits page from there instead. This keeps me in the room, but also gives me more control over how much I want to purchase--no need to worry about double purchasing.

- If you made 10 transactions using this method, how many of those would be double charges in your opinion.

- Has it ever worked fine with no double charging for a period of time? If so, when did you first get double charged?

- Has this ever happened using the flash interfaces?

- Have you ever been double charged using any of our standard billing pages not connected to our live chat interfaces?

********First time I bought credits using the new interface, and it was exactly one week after the Easter Egg Promo in which I was also one of the members who had multiple billing problems.

Doug, in my opinion, it would happen 10/10 times. I've stopped using the new interface and option and have gone back to the old fashioned way of buying credits with no issues.

I was in a private using the new interface. I just wanted to spend a few more minutes with the model in private so I selected the 225 credits for $25.00. I was shocked when I went back to model room to find out I had additional 16 minutes added. I was thinking it took it from the bank but come to find out on my credit card was charged $100.00. There is something wrong with the new interface when buying credits and seriously needs to be looked into. The old interface I never had any problems purchasing additional credits.

On May 13, 2014, I was in a models room using the old interface. While in the room, I clicked on the yellow button at the top of the page to buy credits. I thought that I was purchasing 500 credits for $50, but instead I received 1,050 credits for $100. I will not purchase any more credits on this site until the problem is resolved. Thank you.

BE AWARE OF THE AUTO FILL OPTION it will take money from your bank and put it in your wallet during a show! At least thats what happened to me and CS credited me once i showed them.
