Technical Support: Screen flashes (Goes black) in Fan Club and Pvts

In fan club chat when a some one comes into or leaves the room the screen goes black for a second or two. while this is annoying the worst is in private shows if someone voyeurs in the screen will go black for a second. In one pvt this happened over 16 times. I feel the fact some one voyeurs in should not interfere with my show.

Just confirm, you are all seeing this in the new interface when these events happen?
You guys have already listed a decent amount of places where these interruptions occur. Though are there any other situations that you can think of where this happens? I'm making a list so that I can start tracking these down and fixing them.

Yes, it is in the new interface. I have seen it in open chat, especially during pledge periods for group shows and in that instance it coincides with pledges being made. I have also seen it in pvt chat, however, I did not make the connection with voyeur. I do feel it could be a reasonable explanation.

I've experienced the same brief blackouts recently as well using the new interface, never had it occur when using the old one. Whatever us causing it I have no clue but as many of the previous users mention it is most likely when voyers enter/exit.

Even though , i've had blackouts occur on new interface while in private, it doesnt show up on my recordings, thought it would but it doesnt !!
No it's the new user interface that does it, the back-end system that records the shows for VODS won't see the flashing black outs the interface makes because it's not the video stream blacking out but the new interface adding this blacking out for people using it.
