This problem is similar to some I have seen on other posts but I have not been able to come up with a solution so I figured I would post my specifics. When entering some rooms (in the open chat) the chat room is blank and the video just has the loading circle. I never get video, audio, or text before it moves me to another room. I used to resolve it by switching to the old interface and it would usually work. I apparently pop up in the room and can tip or boost just fine, I just don't get anything on my end. The issue occurs in several rooms, however, I am able to get into several others without problem. Also, it seems to fix itself (if only temporarily). For instance, I have not been able to get into someone's room and then later the same night been able to get in. In an attempt to fix it I have tried Firefox and Explorer as opposed to Chrome. I encounter the issue in all of the browsers and I have made sure that (at least Chrome) is all updated. I typically encounter this when trying to view my absolute favorite model and would appreciate some help. Even ideas for me to try to fix it myself when it happens. Thanks in advance. Quote

Thank you for the detailed description of what is happening on your end. There have been a few people with the same problem that you are describing and I am working to track down what is happening here.

Just to get us started here, would you mind going into your preferred browser, go to a model's open room and right clicking on where the video should be and not on the loading spinner itself. You should be getting a flash context menu that also lists your flash player version at the bottom.

Will you please tell me which version of flash player you're using?

No, I had to use the link. The only thing it gives me when I right click is save, back, inspect element etc. I just went to a room where the video was working and it does pop up when I right click. Same version as I posted before, VS Android Video Client v1.0.9 (If that helps for anything) Quote

My favorite is Kitty Sins. Currently it is working for her. It isn't however for Tola, Sara C, Chloey, or Malina Rose. Those are just from me checking rooms quickly. Quote
