Now where do I start with this contest and show how poorly implemented it is and can be rigged in under 5 minutes.
I will start by stating this and what should have been implemented :-
1. Voting should only be allowed by Premium and VIP members (NONE paying members should not be able to vote (BASICS).
2. Only ONE vote from each users account can be made for EACH model in 24 hours (NO 10 name voting on each account as can be done right now).
Simple right ?
Well lets show the problem right now and how I can and anyone with 5 minutes of time and a little programming skill can automate it to vote as many times as they want for a model they like to rig it in favor of their favorite model.
Now as Basic accounts are free (email registration only required) and can cast votes too and 10 names again can be added to each account to cast 10 votes.
Now I won't go into how to write such a script to automate this or reveal sites that can do such things for you, I will show you the concept and how to rig it.
1. There are many free email services that allow temporary free email inbox's to allow you to register with sites without using your real email address. You can register an infinite amount of email addresses with these services or even create your own email server and do the same thing.
2. Now you have infinite email addresses you can now sign up as a basic user an infinite amount of times to Flirt4Free as a Basic user and can create 10 names for each account and cast 10 votes for each account.
3. All this can be easily automated with a a few lines script to create the email address, then create a Flirt4Free Basic user account then Create 10 names for each account then you get it to vote each name 10 times for the model you want to win and set it to repeat creating again random email addresses and random account names and random 10 screen names. Very easy to do with a bit of Googling even if you have no programming skills, because there are applications to automate anything you want to do on a computer now to replicate a human doing it. There is even no Captcha system on Flirt4Free to stop this from taking place.
Now my proposal to make this FOTY 2014 Viewer's Choice Rankings. (http://www.flirt4free.com/foty/rankings.php) a fair contest as it should be is to remove all votes cast by Basic users and then remove the multiple votes cast by the same account, so there should be only ONE vote in 24 hours from each users account and not 10 from each account for EACH model.
Until this is done the contest is not accurate, invalid and not fair to any of the performers or customers that are playing fair. Seriously VS if you want proof of this name a model that is not in the top 50 right now and I will automate any model that is last currently and not even listed to win.
Please fix this and don't allow such loop holes in such systems and contests you create or your customers and performers will loose all faith and respect for any contest that is run in this manner. It doesn't even need to be automated anyone with time and patience can create 100's of accounts and do this in the month you have this contest running.

Just to update this as there seems to be a check in place that is working for the 10 votes per account today for each model, but it didn't work the other day and I saw people voting many times on same account.
BUT the Basic account situation is still open to abuse.

Purgatory, BROVO !! I could not agree with you more.. I do hope VS is listening and makes necessary changes. Otherwise the contest means nothing to the models or the contributors

Three important threads on post #5 that should have had a reply by now by a VS member, at least to be polite to their performers that added to them.
But... I'm guessing they are hoping it will blow over or we will get bored posting issues that they feel they don't need to reply to. Again it seems they are doing the ostrich methodology as they did with the new interface thread until they saw they upset a lot of the site users with the changes and bugs, then they replied and fixed the issues before they lost us all here as customers and lost their performers. These are again important issues raised that will cause the same outcome.

Hi Nabil, I did see your posts and I always forward them to Management. I apologize for the late response on this. I do appreciate you taking the time to address your concerns and suggestions.
However, if you think that our system is so malleable or that we havent already thought of this you are very mistaken. We do not divulge our security measures in public forums, but abusers of the voting mechanism have and will continue to get their accounts banned from the system. Allowing basis users to vote is a great way to encourage participation in this very important contest.
