Technical Support: Models Longest PVT not being updated properly

I would like to bring to your notice that I have taken a model named "GENA_LOVELY" for long pvt approx. 5 hours on 6th September. But when I see her profile and check for her longest pvt, it still shows the old pvt which was about 3 hours done by previous customer.
This was reported to F4F but no action has been taken yet. May be though posting it on forum would help me..

Hi Ravi, the recording is marked as private. In order for this recording to be shown as the model's longest show, the VOD must be available for public viewing.
