Technical Support: Question about access to a current (or former based on my findings) model's VODS?
@F4f Admin: When i click on his bio it says it's not available, which means that he must have quit the site, but yet his VOD history has limited access as if he's still in the top 20? the last date of his VOD is 12/3? what is going on??? Every time i look at the top 20 he's not there, but yet his VODs are set to this silly limited access setting and he's obviously moved on from f4f?

Without knowing the performer it's tough to investigate. If you could post the performer's name and/or shoot an email to Customer Service we can investigate further. Please reference this post when you email C/S so they can escalate it to an engineer.

Oops sorry his name is Ken Ott; and now they are accessible his VODs :-)
