Technical Support: Some models video feed not loading
I don't even get an error message when I'm in Chrome. It just has a large picture of the model's profile picture and the video looks like it's trying to load but it never dose. That chat history also doesn't load either. When I'm Internet Explorer I get a message after 10 seconds:
Error:
[Chat Connection Error] The chat server connection timed out while trying to initialize. You are now being moved to a random model.
What's odd is that this seems to only be happening to certain models rooms, not all. Specifically the european models like Dakota Desire are being affected. Has anyone else noticed this? Quote

The problem seems to have been rectified.

I have been shoved into a room not of my choosing but without the 'courtesy' warning you had luxury of seeing. This was approximately 10 days ago. The room took an usually long time to load before dispatching me away. I have not recently experienced it.

Well, the problem is back, I can't access some of my favorite models, so that cuts into their business. Please get this sporadic problem rectified.

Yes, it's best to contact customer service so they can determine if the problem is specific to your computer configuration or it's something more widespread.
It's good that you post the problem here so others, if they are experiencing a similar issue can comment on it. However, for technical issues contact customer service first and post here later. They will get this sorted out one way or another.

Actually, customer service contacted me and gave them all the essentials. What's amazing is that is independent of browser or even device which is what lead to me to post this in the forum. I can't believe I am the only one having this problem.

Same problem here looks like the room hit a limit of users that can be in that room at a time might be the issue????
