Can you tell us any more about what you are experiencing? We are not seeing any system-wide issues with accessing performers.

Can you describe in more detail the problem you are seeing? Please be as detailed as possible, what state/country do you live, ISP, speed of your internet, etc.

This is really odd to be honest. This only occurs with about half the models on the site. The other half, I have no issue with.
The ones Ive had issues with, Ive tried different browsers: Safari, IE, Chrome and Firefox to no avail. IE is the only browser to give me this message: Error:
[Chat Connection Error] The chat server connection timed out while trying to initialize. You are now being moved to a random model. The others just seem to sit there trying to connect, and after a while, I get redirected to a random model.
Im on a Windows 7 machine running the latest Adobe Flash Player version 16. I cleared my cookies and cache from my favorite browser, Chrome. I uninstalled Adobe 16 and installed an older version thinking it was the update to the new version that is causing the issue. Neither of these solutions solved my problem.
Then, I decided to access the site using a different device, namely my iPhone. I get the same issue with the same models. This leads me to believe that it is in an issue on your end and is the reason why I posted on the forum. I cannot believe that I would be only one having this issue.
This morning, I am able to access models like Priscilla Vegas, Sexy Kyara, Adriana Vanessa, Abbey Kink and Cashmere Estrella.
Here are examples of models this morning whom I cannot access: Emmy A, Sherri, Ilithya, Kiki Fun, Linda Sky, Milisenta. What happens when I access them from my Windows box is the enclosed screen shot. At first, I thought maybe the model is in a show, but even when a model is in a show, you can type something in the chat function, but you cannot. The room never fully loads and that is the issue. It is happening on about half the models on your site.
Is it possible that models are accessed from different servers and as Internet Explorer suggests that the issue is with that particular chat server??

All this is very helpful, thanks! Are the errors seen consistently by going into the same models rooms or is it just random, meaning, sometimes you get in and other times you can't? If you can get into a model's room sometimes and other times you can't, then it's possible it's some type of strange server issue. We are looking at all angles.
Stupid question but it's worth asking, do you have any software of firewall on your network that would block certain ports?

Oh, that's really interesting. By bypassing your Wi-Fi router, your connection is talking direct from your cellular network to our servers. If you have a firewall enabled on your PC/workstation or Wi-Fi router, if you have issues next time, try turning off your firewall and then try to access the same room you couldn't get in. ( Double check any setting on your Wi-Fi router that may block ports )
Has this issue just popped up lately or have you seen the chat timeout error in the past? If you have any issues whatsoever, email techissues@flirt4free.com with a screen shot if possible and I'll get on it!

Got your email. I found a manual for your router and see that when your router is set to medium that DOES block part of the port ranges that our chat servers communicate over. I'll be talking to our dev team and I'll get back to you with a solution, thanks!

You're using comcast I bet. Hopefully, they'll come up with a resolution. The only solution is to set your firewall protection on your router to minimum. I am not willing to make that choice. But if you are in a pinch go for it.

Please provide the following:
1) Your ISP
2) Brand of WiFi router
3) Browser you use
4) Operating System, Window, Mac, or mobile device
As @edgarph mentioned, if you have Comcast and are using their default settings for the WiFi firewall. Those settings are blocking certain port ranges that our chat server communicate over.
A short term solution is to make sure ports 31000 thru 61000 are not blocked. We're currently working on a long term solution.

UPDATE:
Hi edgarph, we have made some changes on our end. You should be able to set your firewall settings to "recommended level - Medium" and still enter chat rooms. I hope this resolves any problems you were having entering the rooms. We appreciate your feedback regarding this matter.
