Technical Support: Chat Connection Error

This is the second day I have had this problem. When I try to enter a chat room, I am told there is a "chat connection error" and I am being moved to a random model. Then, most of the time, I am told that the new random model also has a "chat connection error". Please help.

Which model's room were you trying to enter and time of day? Also, who is your ISP?

Multiple models - Sunday evening and Monday (2/8-9), but the problem seems to have resolved by itself.

I am having this problem now. No matter which model I try to view, it gives me a chat connection error.
