Technical Support: Windows phone support
Hi,
When I try to access the site from an Android or iOS device, I got no problem seeing the video stream of any room.
But with a Windows phone device, I only have access to the chat. When I hit "Please tap here to start the live video feed" nothing happens.
Is it because the site doesn't support that mobile OS or cause of my specific phone ? Just wondering.
I'm aware that Windows Phone has way less users than Android and iOS and that, not like Chrome and Safari mobile, Internet Explorer doesn't use the Webkit engine, but it's still annoying not having the ability to use the site on my mobile device.

Hi, Windows Phones do not support the standard video streaming technologies and currently only support proprietary Microsoft streaming technologies. We do not have a definite timeline at this time for Windows compatibility, we are working towards this support however.
