Navigating through "My Account" -> "Account Information" -> "Fan Club Memberships"
the current fan club subscriptions will only show up on the list if the default screen name is the screen name used for that fan club. If you used a different screen name for a different model's fan club it won't show on the list unless you change your default screen name. Shouldn't it list all current subscriptions and the registered screen name for the fan club regardless of the default screen name you're using? Quote

We have tried replicating the issue you described and there are no restrictions when it comes to displaying the fan club memberships someone has when it comes to username (whether or not its default).
To better help us figure this issue you're having out, can you please send some screenshots of this happening to Customer Service. Then we can go ahead and try to address the problem you're having.
