Technical Support: Access to Fav & Notification lists

Not sure if anyone else has this problem, but have lost access to my favorites and notification list. I messaged the site and tried out their suggestions, but still nothing. Even tried using different browser which gave me a message that the page was not working and currently unable to handle this request.
If anyone has any idea would be interested in hearing what they might be.

I checked your account to make sure all the settings were correct. What you need to do is go in your email account (AOL), and under the spam settings you'll need to whitelist our email (newsletters@vs3.com). Here is a step by step directions on how to do that for AOL:
1. Click the Spam Controls link on the lower right side of your inbox screen.
2. When the Mail & Spam Controls box appears, click the Custom Sender list link.
3. Choose the Allow email from ... (Sender) option.
4. Then click Add.
5. Click Save.

I really don't think the problem is at my end, but rather as a result of some change that might have been done on your end with all of these software updates that the site has been going through.
I will check every so often to see if something shows up.
I think there might be some confusion here. I do get the mail notifications and such. The problem is with when I am online my list performers setup for notification and faved cannot be accessed.

When you try to access these pages what do you see? Are you getting a 500 internal server error or does it say the page is no available? Or are you getting a white screen on both pages?

In answer to your question all I get is just a white screen for both pages. No message what so ever.

I think I may have resolved the issue. Can you please try viewing those pages again and let us know if you're still having trouble?

Thanks Ryan I am pretty sure what you did solved the problem as I can now view them. Talk about hunting for a needle in ha haystack .
