Technical Support: See Badges

While I am here, I have another question. In the model's profile, it says she has more than 30 badges, but I only see 12 on the screen. When I click the 'More' button it takes me to a screen that shows the badges she can get, not all of the badges she has. How do you see all the badges she has?

As you scroll down the page all the badges earned show be lit up unless the model has chosen not to show them

Just like what Twixel said. When you're on that page the badges that are highlighted are the badges earned and the darker ones are the badges she/he have not yet earned on the site.
