hi there, i have been having issues for some time with purchasing credits on the site, and i have found it to be unbelievably inconsistent, sometimes credit purchases "work" other times they dont, i have had discussions with the bank and they have confirmed there are no "blocks" from their side and spoken to customer support at F4F who claim the same. I have found the problem to be mainly caused by the "in chat" purchasing applet rather than navigating to the "buy credits" page from the site homepage. This is incredibly annoying and hasn't improved. would appreciate some investigation into this, or if any other members have this problem. Quote
