Technical Support: Error Message
That's happened a few times to me as well. Usually it's when I go through the promo-code page (below), but not always. I've duplicated a purchase a few times, so now I just wait to see if the credits appear. I haven't complained much about duplicated purchases since I always find a use for credits (love my faves).

No problem. It doesn't appear to be a major issue, but I thought you should know. It's almost made me try the transaction again which would result in buying more credits than I want...a good thing for you at vs though :D.
