First, the "We Need Help" campaign. Very rarely will the video play all the way through, abruptly stopping somewhere in the middle and displaying the message, "Error loading media: File could not be played". When you exit and return the same video is made available and the same message appears. I found waiting the better part of a day the error message will not return the but video will stop mid-way through and it happens all over again. This has been happening with multiple shows.
Second, with the start of the campaign above I decided to return to customizing my own shows where the site rewards 5 credits per customization. In the last week I have customized 5 shows and I have not received the promised credits. Feedback from the site is appreciated. I will send an email to Customer Service to cover all bases. Thank you.
