Technical Support: Preview button missing
The preview button on VODs has gone missing. Can we please have it back?

The preview feature has been intentionally disabled temporarily. We have some code to adjust before we can make it functional again. We're sorry for any inconvenience. In the meantime, you can still scroll through the storyboards by hovering over the thumbnail.

Oh, You're going to hate this answer.
For both iPad and iPhone, find the one that you want to see and click on the thumbnail. This will bring you to the player page. Now hit the back button at the top to bring you back to the page full of thumbnails. The video you selected should start scrolling through storyboard images.
If the video doesn't scroll through storyboard images then it might actually lack storyboard images. Not all of the videos have them.
We're working on getting things back to normal, so hopefully, you won't have to suffer through this too much longer.
