Technical Support: New format.
Am I the only one unable to enter a chat room from an IPhone with this new format? A little help.

Still no luck Jim. It won't even switch back to the old version.

I am also having problems with the new format on my tablet. The window doesn't open properly when clicking on a model's icon, it first opens a page of all the girls icons, then opens the model's room in a weird format - cannot see the chat window. and my username appears as my default name, NOT the nickname that is currently active. Ian

New format is crap - chat is unreadable - whoever had the idea for that version should be fired immediately
And even more : the old version seems to be fucked up too - last line of chat is not visible as because “switch to new version” button moves chat bar up

You would use the emojis on your phone's keyboard. This applies to both Android and iPhone. If you are referring to the smaller hot deals that we provide in chat, a hanger will appear in the top right corner of the screen when they become available.

We just published a change that will allow users to view the video and chat in a way like the old version. If a user toggles on the switch for "Chat view" in portrait it will make the chat message background black and show the full video without overlapping the chat messages on the video. This should make it easier for some users to read chat and see the full width of the video in portrait with out zooming in.

If you are referring to the deal codes that model's offer, scroll all the way down to the various options we have and under "Live Chat" click "Deals". This will take you to the page where model's have active deals. If a model has an active deal, when you go private a prompt will pop up and ask you if you have a deal code.
