Technical Support: Cam2cam issues
I can’t see Model live it freezes. When im out of Cam2cam video feed is perfect. I start Cam2cam it lags out. I can type, the model can see me. But I can’t see them because the video feed is frozen. I have tried clearing browser history and cache. I also tried using a different browser. And same outcomes. This is getting to the point where it’s not acceptable. I have not been able to enjoy shows because I’m trying to figure out what is wrong, it’s not a enjoyable experience

There were some recent iOS updates that have made it not possible to use a microphone on your device and hear the performer at the same time.
You may still use the cam2cam feature in 'video only' mode and you will be able to hear the performer, but they won't be able to hear your sound. We are monitoring the iOS updates and as soon as it is possible again, the sound will be re-added to this feature. CC

I am a vip member and when I go to cam to cam it doesent even let me click on the option to open up my cam and start recording was wondering why it won’t open up anymore for me when it use to everytime for vip members

Hello, unfortunately due to recent iOS updates there were a few issues using Cam2Cam with sound. This was on iOS 14. This should work correct in iOS 15 now. Please make sure to update you iPhone and iPad devices to the new iOS 15 and this should work as intended. Thank you, we hope this clears things up. - CP
