With Play & Pay, you have the ability to go private with a model and your payment account is charged at the end of the show. In order to use Play & Pay, you must have a valid debit or credit card on file and your most recent transaction attempt must have been successful. Please note that you would not be able to access this feature we were unable to process a recent Play & Pay purchase or if the card type, such as prepaid card, is not supported.

Here's a thought. Go under My Account to the Pay and Play section and check your daily spending limit. Make sure it isn't set to $0.00.

Nope.. It is set to 45 dollars, 1.98 used and the remaining available but when i click to enter a show it doesn't show play and pay option
