I had the same thing happen! Also with "kind." (I was like, well ain't that just Flirt in a nutshell, where the word "kind" is banished. )

the word was used several times, hard to believe the model would have mistyped it every time, though possible i suppose.

I'm thinking it was probably censored because the site is also carried in Germany, and perhaps it over-zealously filtered out "kind" as it is also the first four letters of "kinder", which is German for "ch!ldren", a word that WOULD be filtered in English, just as "k!d" would have been. Quote

Good point. Could well be.

We definitely understand and agree some words have very innocent usages depending on the context. However to be able to process credit cards and stay compliant with our banks there are a lot of words that are not allowed due to their potential usage in inappropriate ways and context being something that can't easily be applied to a filter.

It's incredible, Flirt4Free operates in a country where Freedom of Speach from the government is a given right, but a financial institution run by uptight conservative hypocrites can censor the words we use.

Thanks for letting us know. We've gone ahead and removed this word from being limited in messages. It is a word that is unfortunately part of regulations so it is applied in other places on the site.

Just curious: could someone explain what could be offensive about the words "sleep" and "sleepy," or how the words could be misused? I can't think of any possible use of these words that could lead to them being "limited." What am I missing?

Could someone explain what could possibly be offensive about these words, or how they could be misused? I can't for the life of me see why they're "part of regulations" that are "applied" on the site. What could a person possibly say using these "s" words?
