I don't think you really can. If you are referring to emails to the performer through the site email feature, if they don't reply they may be a performer that doesn't read the messages. If you mean open chat or whispers, often times they miss the message because they are getting many whispers and some get lost because they see less of the chat than we do. If they seem to be a friendly person and they don't reply to you in chat it's best to send it again after a few minutes in case they missed it. Quote
