Technical Support: Problems pledging for Group Chat
I may just be being dumb, but I cant seem to pledge for Group Chat, I click on the jar icon on the left and nothing happens. I have e-amiled technical support but in two weeks have not had an answer. I may be being stupid, but I cant see anywhere else to pledge.

Hmmmm thats the problem, I get the jar but no pledge button.

Looking into your problem, I believe that your are running into one of two possible situations.
There are a few separate cases where the pledge button doesn't show up within our open/guest interfaces. I'm going to run through them for you.
Since you mentioned that you are seeing the tip jar, that means that you're either using our open interface or our classic guest interface.
That leaves two possible reasons why you aren't seeing the pledge button.
1. You aren't logged in and the group show has already started.
2. You are logged in and the group show is more than half over.
When you aren't logged in and then enter a room, you always see one of our guest interfaces. The guest interface does normally have a pledge button, although not functional, for the sake of showing new users the normal functionality of group chat. Though once the goal is met and the group show starts, that feature goes away.
Any time you log in and then enter a room, you always see the open interface. When a model first starts a group chat session, there will always be a pledge button. Even after the goal is met and the GROUP SHOW starts, there will be a pledge button until the show is half over. Though once the group show is at least half over, the pledge button is removed. This ensures that late pledgers get to watch at least half the show.
I have a feeling that your situation fits one of these two scenarios.
