Technical Support: Foreign Language Character Sets in Forum Postings

it is of note to me that while the chat-parser handles foreign language character sets perfectly the Forum text parser fails miserably, instead displaying #numeric_code values rather than the proper language characters ...
e.g. frblindade av frosten vi plundrar vr frlust
This is a problem both for those who wish to compose posts in a language not English ... but for those whom wish to converse by forum message in their own non-English language or the recipient's own non-English language.
It would seem to me not to be a great challenge to expand the forum character set table. Please assign one of my beloved monkeys in fezzes to remedy this issue.

Post Script ... oh my ... Swedish worked perfectly and unexpectedly ... *sigh* just ignore my rant with the possible exception of Cyrillic Arabic Hebrew Japanese Korean and Chinese (both dialects?) Quote
