I have spent a lot of credits on certain models and I really dont want to drop out of the top ten. I am planning to celebrate my birthday by spending over 5000 credits on my favorite model so that we can both get a couple of badges and It would be great if this problem could be repaired by the first week of May Quote

I do not know if you are concerned about gifts and tips sent over a period of time, or sent just recently within the last 24 hours or so. However, gifts and tips do sometimes take time to appear on the model's profile page, especially after a party or group chat, and especially during a contest or promo. If after 24 hours the tips and gifts still haven't shown up, then I would suggest contacting Customer Service directly.

The problem now seems to be rectified, Thanks for a swift response to my question guys/girls.
I can now see the gifts are being registered and I hope the amount of credit spent in shows. This will help me stay as a number one fan

I'm having the opposite problem. In comparison of the hard-working models, I was annoyed at one model who never seems to "perform" at all. I negotiated a five-minute show if he stripped and stroked for that time. I now show up as his fifth top fan. Since he's always near the top on the top 20 list (he has one very devoted fan), and since I have never tipped or gifted him anything, I don't see how this is possible. It especially annoys me because I don't like or support this model. I've gone anonymous, but then I can't show support for the models I do support.
Anyway I can get myself off his top fan list?

The only way to get off the list is to wait it out. Don't visit this model anymore, and gradually your name will be displaced by others who visit and tip him.

Trouble is, there don't seem to be many other paying visitors. Teach me to try to prove a point.

I think...but I am not sure...just by visiting and spending a little time with this model will result in someone earning "points" with the model, and thus moving them closer to the top 10. So even those non-paying visitors will eventually get into the top spots, displacing you...as long as you DON'T visit the model for a long while.
It is also possible (but again, I am not sure) that if those top fans stop visiting, their names may drop off entirely, even without being displaced by other visitors.
You might consider e-mailing customer service to find out if there is an easier, faster way. Quote

The top fan list is based on the last 4 weeks, so you will automatically drop off the list then (if not before):
