Each time I want to make an "offer" to go private I must enter screen name and password. Since we can now go to a private without entering screen name and password couldn't the same be added to the "offer" option? This would be most helpful. Quote
@Brett025 and All, discussing the show offers login a bit further with backend dev, we decided that we are going to keep it but slightly modify the way it's presented.
The original purpose of that login was not to log a user in to the system or into private like the standard show login, but its original purpose has always been to confirm that the user intends to spend X amount of credits on a show X minutes long with a certain rate as negotiated between the user and model. Since you are required to enter your password, we can be sure that it's you and not someone else spending your credits.
A show offer could result in the user is spending hundreds or thousands of credits in one show. So we want to make sure that the owner of the account is the one submitting the show offer.
So instead of getting rid of this functionality to make it similar to the way we do instant show logins, we are instead going to restyle that form to be a confirmation form so that its intended purpose is more accessible and it shouldn't be confused as much with the old, standard login.
As a sidebar, the fact that it's meant to be a confirmation is also the reason why we've never added a 'remember me' option. Quote
Consider this difference between a regular private and an offer private. For a regular private, you have the option of terminating it as soon as you want to, whether it e 5 seconds in or 5 minutes in, and you only spend the credits consumed up to that point. For an offer private, however, you are committing a set amount of credits to a private show that will be expended and transferred to the performer regardless of whether you choose to complete the time agreed upon or choose to terminate the show early.
The confirmation login is to make sure that YOU are sure you want to spend the credits, and to make sure that someone else is NOT trying to use your credits. Quote
Be careful with some models. Ive had hundreds of privates and enjoyed almost all. Ive only had cause to complain twice and with one of those I simply ended the private so no need to complain. However, my worst private was one where I made an offer. The model then simply sat there and refused to take off her clothes. As I had used the offer I could not terminate.
Its a very different legal relationship. Quote

Thanks, I can understand the reasoning...even though I don't agree with it. Quote
