The mouse-over quits working on video preview after a day or so, even though I have plenty of credits left in my account. This seems to be an on-going issue and is very annoying. Please fix the problem!

it is any performers recorded show. the mouse over does not work. Also, if I click on an individual video, the screen shots do not show up below the video like they used to do

This is working fine on our end so we're not sure why this is occurring for you. To better understand and help you, we really need more information about what you're experiencing so we can investigate the issue. If you can please provide the following:

1. Please describe in full detail the issue you are experiencing, provide a link if possible.
2. What device are you using? (computer, PC or Mac, smartphone, tablet)
3. What operating system are you using? (Windows 7, Windows 8, iOS, OS X, etc.)
4. What internet browser are you using? (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.)
5. Do you have security programs installed on your computer? (anti-virus, firewall, etc.)
6. Your internet speed. You can find out here http://www.speedtest.net
7. Your internet connection (Wifi, ethernet cable, etc.)

I dont know how to make it any clearer. When I 1st purchase credits and go to a performers recorded show library, the mouse over shows screen shots from that particular show. Also, if I click on a show and it takes me to that particular recording, there are screen shots below the video with time stamps on each shot. After I purchase or view a show, the preview quits working on ALL performers recorded shows, and if I click on a particular video, the screen shots do not appear. It is as if I have no credits left when in fact I have plenty of credits left.

Thank you for clarifying that this is occurring after you purchase a VOD. I have reported this to our Tech Team and I will respond here once this is fixed.

I've noticed that the rotating storyboards seem to work OK in the performers' VOD pages and in the Daily VODs.

However, in My Live Shows the thumbnail size is smaller, and the rotating storyboards don't seem to be working there.

Also, the rotating storyboards only seem to be activated 2 or 3 days after the actual show. I think that has always been the case

Don't know if this is what the OP and others are experiencing
