Technical Support: Cam Issues
I'm having trouble testing my webcam in the camtester. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer and none of them can detect my webcam. While Internet Explorer will at least list my microphone and webcam (each under the microphone and camera tabs), it still can't detect anything when I hit "Start Cam". Chrome and Firefox can't even list my cam/mic in the tabs.
I've tested my cam/mic in Skype and it works fine. Is there a common problem I might be running into that I might be able to troubleshoot?

New update. I managed to get the webcam to successfully in the camtester on Internet Explorer, but still nothing in either Firefox or Chrome. Could this be a Flash Player issue?

We are sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with your cam! 
When you go to the test page and see the Adobe Flash Player Settings under "Cam2Cam Tester" make sure that the "Allow" box is checked. If it's marked "Deny" then you will have trouble with your cam.
