what do you do in the event that a model completely wastes your money? like they just sit there or are too slow to respond and take ages to do anything. meanwhile all that time the meter is running on your credit card?

The best bet is to contact our Customer Service Department. They respond quickly and answer every email.

What about for a technical problem while we're in a group or private show? Does Flirt absorb the "cost" or do the models?


It depends on the situation, but most of the time the model keeps them or a portion of them. In a case like an offer show however, if there's a technical issue, or the user changes his mind etc, the model will keep the amount that the show lasted for, not for the entire amount that was paid up front etc.

/i had a private and half way through we both were thrown off the site. model said she received a message that they were switching her serve, in the middle of a private. I called customer service and they said this should not have happened . the only do this when model is in free chat. They offered me a refund, i asked if the model would loose the credits and was told YES. So i refused refund.

I believe that the issue of delaying their action to receive more credits and waste our time the model should be penalized. The credits earned by the model should be deducted from his earning and make them know it. This will deter all models to continue this practice.

There can be refunds given out from customer service for deal codes from webcam models, and if there are problems/issues during a private on the website, then another deal code should, and can be given out from webcam models.

I have had very few issues where I've needed to contact customer service in the last nearly eight years of membership here, but I did recently have an issue...customer service went above and beyond to solve it. I had a show that I didn't recognize show up in my VOD. Upon investigation it seems that I might have "sleep clicked" into the show. They were able to review the chat logs and show that I never answered the model or anything during the show, etc. Point was, they had no reason to believe me, and they still refunded by credits on the show. I did not want that model to lose the credits, and they assured me he wouldn't.

Anyway, I appreciated so much what Customer Service did that night.

In the case for a group show if the performer doesn't do what they said they would do then of course it's right to ask for a refund. One girl last year set up a 10 min group show where she said she would squirt. She spent about 7 mins answering messages during the show (please don't distract the performer during a group show, you've pledged for something let her complete that pledge :) ). In the end she gave herself about a min to strip and squirt which she couldn't. Finally asking for a refund because the girls tits were too small is not a good reason to ask for a refund, you have eyes so use them before you make an offer.
