Technical Support: Black Chat video when page opened
When joining a room I'm frequently getting blacked out video. it seems to take a while to appear. i have had to refresh a few times to get video. Is this just my connection or is it a frequent occurrence for other users?

Generally that is related to issues with your connection reaching the video server. Do you experience the same thing in all rooms or just in some? How long does it take for the video to appear?

usually about 30 seconds. It only started happening so something has changed on site

If you gentlemen who are experiencing this could let me know what browser and platform (pc vs phone) you're using we'd appreciate it. We want to make sure everyone gets the best video possible.
