I was able to delete my card info few days ago. That option is no longer available. Seems a bit odd that there is an option to add the card but not to remove it.

Hey Johnny,

I had seen that delete option, too, and made use of it to get rid of an older card.
I once contacted customer service to ask for removal of card info, but was told, they don't do that ever, so I was happy and confused when I saw, I could actually delete the card myself.
Now I have only one card registered and not option to delete it ... which makes sense, maybe it only appears, when you have at least two cards?

If there were changes in Flirt policy about credit card info removal from user accounts, a reply from admins would be appreciated :thumbsup.

Thanks ChrisDK for the reply. Yeah, I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one who ever thought of deleting the credit card. I have been contacting the customer service and I am glad to mention that I got the response fairly quickly but my concern has not been resolved.

I just hope an admin or someone with authority would graciously either respond to this post or my email on how can I delete my credit card from my account. There was an option to delete as I had used it just a few days ago. I am not sure why such a useful feature was removed that I as a customer could use and feel good about this wonderful site.

Hello,

You are correct as that option has been removed. You can only disable the card. When you disable that card, it will say "enable" under that card information. It will say that, because if you ever wish to use that card again then when you click on that enable button, that is exactly what you will be doing. Then it will say disable and if you wish to disable the card. You can always email us directly at customerservice@vsmedia.com and we'll be more than happy to help you out.

I'd love to use the option Enable/Disable, but unfortunately I don't have it. I registered my card, then set it to "Default" (by mistake) and now I have the status "Rebill" in the status bar of the card. How do I get the selectable "Enable/Disable" status back?
