A few weeks ago I started to get a message about Shockwave when I visited my first performer of the session. The performer's video screen didn't load while Shockwave was trying to do something.
Shockwave seems to be linked to Flash (both produced by Adobe), which is used to show the performer's video screen. So I followed up the links and correctly installed Shockwave. I don't know what it does, and whether it is necessary or not.
Since then I have had this freezing issue with the first performer I visit. It is fixed when I visit another performer. It is sometimes fixed when I do a Refresh, but I need to wait up to a minute for it to unfreeze.

I am still getting this problem.
Can I ask your tech team to look at Shockwave, and make sure it isn't the cause of some of the site's current chat room problems.
