Technical Support: Website Loads but status wheel keeps spinning

Over the past few weeks I have noticed that the web page loads, but the status bar sits there and just keeps going in a cirlcle so you cant really look at a preview or do anything while this is going on. Sometimes it takes up to 1.5 minutes. I have tried different browsers, different computers, different wifi providers, cleared everything, reset settings and nothing fixes it. All other sites are find but this one. Support for F4F has told me multiple times it is my computer. Beyond doing a complete resintall of the system...any other suggestions?

If any customers are experiencing this issue, it would help very much to email customerservice@vsmedia.com and let us know exactly where it happens on the site for you and any kind of behavior you are seeing. Please include what browser and device you are using, as well as any other information about how you are accessing the site. It would also be helpful to include a traceroute to flirt4free.com. You can easily find instructions on how to do this by Googling it.

Still trying to diagnose exactly what is happening since it is not affecting all visitors. The team pushed out a change a few minutes ago, please let us know if you're still experiencing issues. Clearing your browser cache would help ensure that your browser picks up the change as well.

Just to add. This is all I have done up to date. I am fairly computer literate (at least I thought I was). I tried this on a Mac with Safari, Chrome, Vivaldi and Firefox. As a reminder this is only effecting f4f. All other sites are fine. I reset all setting on all browsers. I re-downloaded Flash. I cleared all history, cache, cookies, etc. I ran a malware test. I then did all the same on a Windows computer. I then went back to the Mac and tried it on a different network. I then went to a friends house 20 miles north and asked him to test. He received the same results. I called my internet provider and they do not throttle, let alone just one site. I have read every article and done all I know to see why this is happening. Also, I have 50 MBPS speed. I am not running anything else in the network while doing this. My next thought, which I really do not want to do is to do a complete re-install of the computer. But for just one site, I have to believe it is not on my side. But I have been wrong before. Any other ideas?

So I did a second reset of two things. Something must of corrected itself or f4f changed something. I did another reset of the router and a complete reset of all settings in Chrome. I have only added back one extension so far and all seems ok. I will report back. Thanks support.

Yup looks like we finally tracked down the culprit and pushed out another fix. That was a tricky one to identify and we appreciate your patience!

Excellent news! Please let us know when the fix is deployed. Also, I was in contact with someone from Customer Service, and sent screen caps, recordings, and steps to reproduce.
Please let know directly and also if there are any other items you would like to be tested.

I was told to check again as apparently the issues have been fixed. However, the problems for me still persist.
If anyone else is so inclined, please check for yourselves and notify on the forum.

It was good for a few weeks, but the same issue started again for me tonight. Everything on computer is updated and cache is cleared too.
