Technical Support: Hiding from model's Top10 list

I've had a few occasions, in different models' rooms, where specific guests have given HUGE amounts of tips to a model but somehow they avoid showing up in the model's Top10 list. They can't seem to hide themselves from the top gifters list, but there seems to be a way they can avoid showing up in the Top10 list. How is that possible?
Case in point, and it's too far past to see now, but I was gave a few thousand credits during a Belami group show. Two other tippers FAR exceeded my tipping. I ended up as #1 in the Top10, and the others didn't show up at all. How is this possible? Quote

Those members may also have their social or "game" name set different than the name you see them use for tipping in the room.

This was really an interesting question from SirAertearnal and in few occasions i observed the same. Was not aware of all possibilities with the different names you can choose. Anyhow many models do not not display their Top 10 list at all.
The two answers proposed above are NOT the case here. As I said, I only tipped a few thousand credits, at least one other guest had tipped many many more. You can see it in the tip history. Yet I was #1 on the top-10 Fans list. I was NOT the top tipper. Setting account to anon. will still show as [anon.] on the list - there was nobody above me.

Did you have other shows with these performers, give them gifts...? All those add up. Maybe what you have given surpasses the bigger tippers. If not, its an enigma

The top 10 is based over the tipping history of the last 4 weeks. Did you tip the model prior and the combined amounts add to bring you to #1?

None of the explanations given apply to what I have seen. If someone from Flirt is interested, I think I currently have a real-world example, but I don't feel it is appropriate to post all the details about the model and his supporters here. Please contact me or tell me where/how to report this issue. I'm pretty convinced there is something not right with how Top 10 and Top Gifters are counting vs reality.

I did it already, Ashley. A guy named Ben Grady answered me. Then I wrote back, that this answer was unlogic. Then he tried another explanation what had nothing to do with my question. I explained it once more, but since then there is silence. So catch up, with him

I'm sending you email now. This is a more complex problem that all the attempts to find the answer in the above posts. Please, believe me, I've checked all that stuff. Something is "flipped" up with the list. Watch for my email.

Yes, your case sounds exactly like one of mine - and basically the same as my current case with one specific model. They definitely have a clear problem here. But the conditions under which it happens must be very elusive because in the vast majority of accounts there is no detectable problem. From what I can tell, there seems to be a switch on certain users' account which causes the system to NOT display or include them on that list -- different than setting [anon] on an account, which causes that account to still show up in the list but be identified as [anon] rather than using the person's real nickname.
