3. What web browser are you using? ( Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari)
4. Do you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed?
5. What security programs have you installed?
6. What is your internet speed? You can go here to find that out: http://www.speedtest.net/
7. How are you connected to the internet? (Wifi or plugged in)
8. If there is anything else that is unique to your set up, please let us know.

A screen shot would only show a greyed out URL instead of the lock and green protocol. Quote
