Technical Support: Achievement Mission broken?

I have tipped over 250 credits in several Party Chats but that particular Achievement Mission is not showing up as Achieved.

I have this same problem when it comes to Make a Flirt Phone Call. Already reached out to customer service but no response. 
Initially, I assumed that perhaps these "broken" achievements were because some of these missions are considered new but several of the other newer missions are still being tallied along with the regular ones.

I was told that if you send it as a flood it does not count towards that mission. Just in case you were sending floods.

Oh yeah. All I ever send are floods. You get an extra 100 bonus points for doing so, plus you climb in Flood Master. They removed that feature and changed it to cumulative tips in a Party Chats. The max was apparently 1,000 credits. I won that one before I even realized what it was! LOL
