Overall not bad but the text bubbles make me look like a Grey again if you don't have VIP or Fan colors. That feels like you took a huge step backword! Maybe you should have it turn a nice color for your customers that are loyal and have been with you a long, long time. Unless you really support changes from customers as well. ;)
