Thank you for posting in our forums! The connections with the models to the site are not classic or new home page related. If the model would need to log out for any reason, it would be on the models end. The classic/new home page as that is just on the customer side. If you have any further questions please let us know. - K.K.

This new Beta has been a mistake from the beginning. They will lose customers if they force this switch. It's a bad product. Quote

Totally agree, I am considering leaving, hate the new beta system.

The option should remain for those that are experiencing lots of lag and freezing.
However the option remains if something isn't done about restoring the classic version, there are other websites

Thank you all for your feedback. We will have this reviewed. If you have any specifics as to why you enjoyed classic more please send an email to customerservice@vsmedia.com and we can have them reviewed. - K.K. Quote
There is no technical reason there should be more lag in the new version - if there are any screen recordings or screenshots you can provide to help us track this issue down we'd love to get them as we've been unable to recreate this experience ourselves.

Fairly disappointed in Customer Response that says basically "There is no lag, it is clearly your issue Mr. Customer and not ours." Given the number of similar complaints, these do not seem to be isolated, individual issues. And while there have been some resolutions (e.g., cam2cam seems more stable), I have seen no change fore the better in audio and video delays. Not sure how a screen capture or recording would help. A simple delay check I use is to tip, and then measure the time between the tip appearing in the Chat and hearing the tip sound. This can be from 3-5 seconds (best case) to over 20-30 seconds. (And I have read some comments of even longer lags.) These seem independent of browser or operating system or platform. Quote

Hi VHam,
Can you tell me what player you are using? Nano is typically faster while HLS can be slower at times. The player section is on the bottom left corner of the video.
Thanks and let me know if you see a difference?

The Nano player yields the least objectionable lag of about 5 seconds. Clear that this as good as it will get, so we customers just need to decide if the experience is acceptable or not. Thanks for trying. Quote
