I call Customer Service and ask them about this issue and they "It was probably spam."
To which I reply "I wasn't spamming anything."
Then they say "Don't worry. Your account should be on in 10 minutes."
I say "You said it was PROBABLY spam but can you tell me EXACTLY what caused this to happen?" ... and of course, I get no answer to this question.
Now that this is the 3rd time this happened, I want a damn answer.
This last time I asked the model if they saw anything on their screen. I was in Fan Club mode. The model said that my camera on c2c kept going in and out. Then I left and the model received a message that said " A customer just started and ended a show very quickly so we have moved you back into public chat."
Please note, I had been in their Fan Club for exactly 59 minutes (NOT 1 hour!) when this happened.
I was also in 3 other rooms at the time.
Perhaps this is problem where my internet flickers and the system mistakes that for multiple log ins? I don't know. But I didn't spam anyone. I didn't say or do anything inappropriate. These bans make absolutely no sense, seem completely random and ... WHEN THERE IS NO ONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TURN BACK ON MY ACCOUNT ... are extremely aggravating. Quote

Meanwhile, I see ACTUAL spanmers (always Guest Users) every day, and apparently they can't do anything about it. Something is very wrong here. Quote

Yeah. it sounds like someone had a bright idea to ban the paying members by using some strange algorithm. Kicking out your paying customers is not a smart way to conduct business. Quote

I was just changing screen names, and it BANNED me from the site, code 121. EXACTLY what happened to me exactly 8 days before. I got an e-mail after that from Ashlee, saying it was a mistake and would never happen again. WRONG!
The frustrating part is that I could not reach anyone by phone (nobody answered, all you can do is leave messages), and nobody answered e-mail. And, since I was banned from the site, I could not reach LIVE support on the site! It was ridiculous. I called my favorite model and he tried to have his monitor call F4F for me, but nothing helped.
This is NOT customer support, people! It is customer HARRASSMENT! Quote

I am deeply sorry to hear this has happened to you, there is no algorithm in this process it is handled by a review team. Can you guys provide me the time of day, if you can remember, in which you were kicked from the room and banned? I will look into this right away. -K.K.
In my case, it was 5/20 at about 10:30 EST. And today, 5/28, at about 10am. Customer service has my complaints on file. Ashlee handled the first one, Kurtis the second.

greybear and I are not broke customers. We've been on here for a long time. I don't normally pull rank on issues like this but this is NOT cool.
I want a clear, cogent explanation as to why this is happening. Why it seemed to start in the past month. Quote
I thought the website went down. I also couldn't contact someone. Then I finally did on Sunday. Then they sent me an email saying my account was back up. I tried to log in and nope, I got a "too many login attempts" message. I emailed them back and then just now my account is reinstated.
Are these decisions made by a team or by an algorithm? This makes no sense.

I agree completely, and told Ashlee that when she contacted me after the second time.
Yes, I acknowledge that you can look for certain behaviors (like quick switching between multiple chatrooms) as PIOSSIBLE spamming. But, if you also take into consideration that the user(s) involved are VIPs with over a year on F4F with no problems, and who spend a small FORTUNE on credits, *perhaps* they might want to reconsider NOT assuming they are spamming. Duh.
And the ultimate stupidity: After managing to convince elusive F4F customer service (It is close to IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone on the phone, without having to leave a message and wait) that I am not a spammer, and they reinstate my account, I then STILL can't logon, since F4F sees my multiple ATTEMPTS at logging in as a problem ... forcing me to wait another 15 minutes or so before trying again. REALLY????
I used to be very vocal at praising F4F for its great customer service. These two experiences have dramatically changed my mind. Quote
