As a member of many years, there has been much going back and forth about customers raising issues with chat room behavior, models on the phone, nudity in open chat and other site rule violations. For those who remember the old AOL days, there was a 'notify aol' or maybe it was 'aim' when you can report in real time offensive behavior. I I am sure the site programmers can implement a similar feature here. You hit the 'Notify Customer Service' button. A separate screen on the current one will expand. The member will highlight the offense observed chat by member or model or both, in the chat room window. The reporting member will detail why he or she is reporting the issue/offense. Once complete, you hit 'send' and it is immediately sent to a Customer Service Team Member with real time evidence for corrective action. As far as video, since I'm not a programmer, I'm not sure how you would do that. If the model is say nude, on the phone, or is missing in open chat, a simple screen pic would suffice. Perhaps, hitting the 'Notify' button will somehow preserve or cache the last minute or so of live stream video. The member can 'rewind' up to the cached moment. Capture the offensive action, complete the offensive narrative in the box and hit send! Customer service will have video or still pic of the offense and/or live chat room documentation since it will be contemporaneous. The live capture of the offensive material will make it impossible for a model or member to dispute a breach of site rules and conduct.
The chat reporting feature can also be used to report abusive site members, as well. Members abusing other members violating civil conduct rules. This covers a wide area of offensive behavior I have seen over the last 14 years or so. While the site has evolved technically, you still have members (and a lot of guests) who think the site is show for free. Also, there are what I call model groupies. They are like guard dogs for the model. They are regulars to the room. You see them all the time. When a question or request comes out of another member whom the groupie perceives as out of line, the response sometimes is a profanity laced attack on another member. I say, let the model set the tone for the room.
