Technical Support: No rewards for tips
While reviewing my top 10 models I have noticed that I am not being credited with Flirt Rewards points from tips.
Two examples, for last week's holiday contest I sent one specific model over 100 Valentine hearts but she shows only approximately 1500 points. 100 hearts x 40 credits = 4000 reward points alone.
Yesterday I took a model private for almost an hour, tipping her throughout and only show her with 580 points (time in private)
Mistakes happen but how long and how frequently have we been shorted reward points? Seems if this was the other way around and we were talking about credits there would be better oversight. Quote

Happening to me too since approximately 2/7. Points from privates are being converted, but not tips or gifts...

These are just points that we are noticing. There are reports in other forums/ threads about other incidents where people didn't get points earned for various reasons. Then how about the ones we don't catch?

My points dropped to 0 and I am also not getting points for tips. Something is still wrong with the system.
