You're going to see all the same models with the exception that some individual models may block a region from seeing her/ him.
For example, I live in the US and I know a few models that have moved in/ out of my area that I was not able to see online while they lived were we lived. Similarly, I used to travel for work and from time to time would enter a models blocked region, but she would be available when I returned home.
A VPN makes for a useful work around.
