Is anybody else having issues with iPhone connection to audio/video in performer's room. I can connect and audio/ video will start, then after 5-10 seconds both go out and I have black screen where video should be. I still receive chat text and can type/whisper and model see that but I have no video/audio at all. When it did it first time I checked and had new 16.2 update, si I installed that and restarted but no change.. I've tried with 5G mobile service at 5 bars, and 500MBS WiFi with same result on both.

It comes and goes with me.. Sometimes all good, video, sound and c2c works great as in the past, then other times I get video and sound, and open c2c and starts okay, but then video and sound drop out. Model can see and hear me, and I can see chat text, but I have frozen video and no sound from model. Dunno if it's conflict with f4f format and iOES upgrades or what. I just know all worked great up till end of May 2022, then I had time I didn't use at all till sometime in December 2022. My new Princess wanted to ride to work with me and I had no video and sound, but she could see and hear me and I could type her..

Still having the same issue with iPhone13, connect c2c and video and sound feed from performer goes out. she can hear me and see my video feed, but I can't see or hear her, I can only type and read chat is only way I know she's still there, but she can see my video feed okay. All works well on Windows10 desktop pc, actually since my last post here I haven't had any connection issues at all on desktop.. Dunno if it's iOS based issue, or if is happening on Android mobile also as I don't have one to try it on. BTW I just checked and no updates on iPhone since 16.2 I installed back just after I noticed issue the first time. No difference in before and after iOS update...

I uploaded and installed 16.3.. Not much difference that I can tell. It's still hit 'n miss.. Depends on performer location, time of day, weather etc. Some days I open c2c and all is good, some it opens and seems okay for a bit then video and sound goes out but chat still works and performer hears and see me, sometime c2c opens, video and sound go out on my end immediately but chat still works & performer can see and hear me.. Dunno what happened but I noticed it first in mid-December.. I don't use on iPhone as much as before because M'Lady that liked to ride to work with me hasn't been online since May 30.. Anyway WTF maybe somebody git it fixed someday..
Just my n-n-n-n-n 5 cents worth..

Just an update. Apparently the issue with video/sound on iPhone 13 has been resolved. I've used it 3-4 times the past few days and all seems to be good at this point. Hopefully they got all the bugs worked out and we can resume as usual.
